1. What is the complete verification and what is it for?

   Verification is a documentary confirmation of your personal information.

   The main purpose of verification is to increase the safety level of your funds and Live Account. Also, verified clients gain access to several additional services. The verification process consists of two steps: one for verifying your identity (documentary confirmation of your identity) and one for verifying your address (documentary confirmation of your current residential address).

2. How do i verify my identity at RoboMarkets?

   To verify your identity:

   1. Go to the "Verification" page on your Members Area.
   2. Complete the ID/Passport verification form.
   3. Attach a colour copy of the document that confirms your identity.
   4. Confirm submitting the form.

   The verification process takes up to 2 business days. After completing the verification procedure, you will be notified by E-mail about the successful verification or you will be asked some clarifying questions.

3. How do I verify my address at RoboMarkets?

   To verify your address:

   1. Go to the "Verification" page on your Members Area.
   2. Complete the Address verification form.
   3. Attach a colour copy of the document that confirms your residential address.
   4. Confirm submitting the form.

5. What if I don’t have any scanned images of my documents?

   You can digitize your document simply by using a camera, mobile phone, or a web camera.

   However, the above methods do not always guarantee high-quality images. So, before sending over your digitized documents, please check to make sure that all the required details on the images are clearly visible.

6. How do you ensure security of my personal information?

7. What is a political exposed person (PEP)?

   A Politically Exposed Person (PEP) is a natural person who is or has been entrusted with prominent public function:

   1. Heads of State, heads of government, ministers, and deputy or assistant ministers;
   2. Members of parliament or of similar legislative bodies;
   3. Members of the governing bodies of political parties;
   4. Members of supreme courts, of constitutional courts or of other high-level judicial bodies, the decisions of which are not subject to further appeal, except in exceptional circumstances;
   5. Members of courts of auditors or of the boards of central banks;
   6. Ambassadors, chargés d'affaires and high-ranking officers in the armed forces;
   7. Members of the administrative, management, or supervisory bodies of State-owned enterprises;
   8. Directors, deputy directors, and members of the board or the equivalent function of an international organisation;
   9. Mayors.

   Immediate family members:

   1. The spouse or the person who they cohabit with for at least one year,
   2. The children and their spouses, or the persons who they cohabit with for at least one year,
   3. The parents.

   Persons known to be close associates of PEP:

   1. Any natural person who is known to have joint beneficial ownership of legal entities or legal arrangements, or any other close business relations with PEP.
   2. Any natural person who has sole beneficial ownership of a legal entity or legal arrangement, which is known to have been set up for the de facto benefit of the PEP.

   Where a person has ceased to be entrusted with a prominent public function for a period of at least one year, such person shall not be considered as politically exposed.

8. What do I do in case I have not received an SMS with the confirmation code?

   The SMS with the confirmation code is usually delivered within a few minutes, although this process may take up to 10-15 minutes. If you have not received the message after this time, please follow the below recommendations:

   1. Make sure that your phone is in working order.
   2. Check if your phone has enough memory to received new SMS.
   3. Restart your phone and check again if it can receive messages.
   4. Click "Send SMS again".
   5. If the issue has not been solved, contact our Live Support.

   Note: If all attempts have been unsuccessful and you have not received the confirmation code during the SMS verification, you can try again by entering a different phone number.
