What do I do if MetaTrader 4/5 displays "Invalid account"?

Make sure that the credentials you entered when connecting to your account are correct:

  • Account number.
  • Account password (do not confuse this with the Members Area password).
  • Server name.
    Instructions on how to connect to your RoboMarkets accounts, and information about all the account types and servers can be found here.

If the credentials are correct, but you are still unable to connect to the server, then change the trading account password in your Members Area and try again.
